The History of the Pocket Nurse®

Customers frequently ask, "What is a Pocket Nurse®"?
The company started in 1992 with a single product - a Pocket Nurse®. It was a hard plastic case pocket organizer that included, gold plated-bandage scissors, hemostat, integrated penlight and engravable nameplate. The sales of the Pocket Nurse® allowed us to add more products and eventually print a full color catalog. Each year we have continued to add products based on the needs of our Healthcare Educator customers. Today we carry over 8,000 products including Pocket Nurse® brand products. Although we no longer carry the company's namesake product, it lives on in the success of the Pocket Nurse® brand. Our goal is the same today as it was in 1992 - exceeding the expectations of our Healthcare Educator Customers!
